How does it work?

I want you to start applying the Prototype System to your life immediately so you can start getting results:

Step 1: Get the landscape of your world


We're going to first get you to understand your current situation. The first step is looking at your schedule and locating the opportunities, large or small. Next, we’ll go over the importance of measurements and how to take them. These are key pieces of information needed to designate a start position but also in setting up a system that ensures that you're consistently moving towards your goals.

Step 2: Develop an understanding of energy maintenance


Having an understanding of energy balance and maintenance is the most important factor when developing your system so that it enables you to subtract bodyfat and build muscle. Food is part of that system, and so is cardiovascular training. It’s the other side of that coin. We're going to teach you how to manipulate those factors to build and sculpt the best version of your physique.

Step 3: We'll learn the process of building and sculpting the strong aesthetic physique you've always wanted


We'll go over the process of strength development. Understanding the different parts of the reps and how to maximize your time on the strength floor. By the end of the 14 day program you’ll have an in depth understanding of the process of body sculpting and how to incorporate into your daily life.

People from any skill level can benefit from the knowledge and the different perspective of how fitness is communicated.

What is involved?

Over the next 14 days, I'll be personally educating you through a specific set of steps to achieve elite conditioning. Towards the end of the process you'll get to experience the way I implement my system with my one on one clients

It's free, but one thing I do need is for you to show up, take in the information and when it's time look to immediately begin applying the steps to your life.

I need you to commit to following the process and begin adapting and incorporating the system into your life each day and that will set you up to achieve lasting results that will go with you for the rest of your life and continue giving you the ability to maximize the your fitness process.

Why is it free

I recognize that to some, the process of fitness may be scary. Whether it's the actual process or some individuals may lack self confidence and may be in need of more encouragement than others to take the first steps down that road.

I believe that an educated athlete is a better athlete, and one of the main motivations that I had when I was crafting this this program was that I wanted to fast track my potential athletes with with as much of the relevant information that would put them in the best possible position to be successful.

The educational portion when the program is explained within the first 11 days through video and text. It will be delivered to you with the application I use with my one on one clients. Days 8,9 and 10 will be a de loaded introduction into resistance training that you need no equipment to participate in. There will be a group starting together and daily questions will be fielded so you can all learn from the shared experience.

Days 12,13, and 14 are gym workouts that will give workout that let you put some of the resistance training concepts into effect in a gym environment.

If you to show up, take in the information and immediately begin applying the steps to your life, you'll build the foundation for lasting success 14days.
